Upul Indrasiri – Sri Lanka

A hugely experienced all rounder who for many years has been one of the best on the UK League circuit. Upul is a quite brilliant left arm spinner with over 500 1^st class wickets and another 170 in the short formats and he’s done all this and maintained an average of just 22 per wicket which shows incredible consistency over a long period of time. With the bat he has a respectable 1^st class average but has contributed in outstanding fashion in UK Cricket. Most recently in 2021 and 2022 for Gala C.C. in Scotland where he racked up 1333 runs averaging a brilliant 44 plus 87 wickets at the incredible average of just 8.44 each. His stats in the UK over a period in excess of a decade are simply outstanding and stand scrutiny against anyone.
