Ravindu is a 24 year old rapidly emerging genuine allrounder, currently playing for Kandy Cricket Club, he is a classy left hand middle order batsman with a strong range of shots and a pacey right arm fast bowler who gets good movement at a good pace. As he is still in the early stages of his career Ravindu is building a strong reputation in the 1ST class domestic arena and he has made a very good start averaging just 20 per wicket in the 50 over format and around the 20 mark with the bat batting at 6 and 7 in the order. This is a young man with tons of ability and absolutely tailormade for UK Club Cricket. Ravi came over in 2026 to play for Brinscall C.C. in the Nwcl and had a fantastic time with plenty of runs and wickets. The club did not hesitate to retain him for 2027.
