Gajitha is a top quality Bat/Spinner who also can keep wicket, he is currently playing for the Bloomfield C.C. in Sri Lankas Top Tier domestic 1st class competition. He made his debut in October of 2022 against Negombo and made a stylish 58 opening the batting representing a brilliant start to his 1st class career since then Gajitha has racked up 3 more half centuries and has an average of 28. He is a punchy opening bat with a good range of strokes and he is also very capable right arm off spinner who has many wickets in club cricket but cant get to bowl in 1st class as he is also a brilliant keeper and is used in that role. As an added bonus Gajitha works in the coaching field and is very keen to do that in the UK. For any club looking for a strong bat/Spin/keeper this guy should be at the top of the list.
