Raveen is currently averaging 40.07 with the bat he has 2 centuries and 9 scores in excess of 50 so far in his career. At 24 Raveen is approaching his peak years he has 23 1st class games under his belt and is clearly a hugely talented batsman. In addition to this his left arm spin is very good and he is starting to make a name as a batting all rounder back home in Sri Lanka where he plays for domestic powerhouses Chilaw Marians C.C. Raveen is team mates with Thikshila De Silva who is one the best overseas professional currently operating in the UK and who recommended Raveen strongly as a great signing for 2024 and Earby C.C. in the North West Cricket League quickly moved to secure his signature, he had a wonderful debut season scoring 915 runs averaging over 50 and took 52 wickets at the brilliant average of just 13 each. Raveen is now seeking a new challenge for 2025 and with those stats behand him he will not be available for long.
