Girinath Reddy – India

Girinath is 26 and has been long touted as a future Indian International player and whilst he hasn’t quite reached those heights he has certainly proved to be a very good pace bowling allrounder playing for his home state of Andhra in the Indian 1st class domestic competition. He averages 18 with the bat despite batting at 8 in the order which is an achievement in itself and he has a high score of 86 not out. With the ball Girinath is a very skilfull operator a medium fast seamer with great technique and gets plenty of sideways movement too. Girnath came over to the UK a few years back as a temporary replacement for an injured player and he did brilliantly well scoring 350 runs from his 8 games averaging 42 and taking 15 wickets in just 60 overs too. Top class player and wont be available long
